At Revco Lighting & Electrical Supply, we believe strong leadership is built through experience, mentorship, and a deep understanding of the business.

This structured development program provides hands-on exposure to all aspects of branch operations, including warehouse logistics, customer service, sales, purchasing, and business management.

Participants work closely with experienced leaders while developing the operational, leadership, and communication skills needed to grow into future management roles within the company.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years in electrical or wholesale distribution
  • 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles
  • Experience in sales, operations, or warehouse management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Completion of the program does not guarantee placement but prepares individuals for future leadership opportunities within Revco.

SUMMARY:
Serve as a primary in-person contact for customers while delivering fast, accurate, and professional service across all sales functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and product support
  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Recommend additional or alternative products
  • Support daily branch and inventory operations
  • Pull and prepare customer orders accurately
  • Maintain organized and stocked sales areas
  • Follow up on customer orders and quotes
  • Help identify new business opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and math proficiency
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

SUMMARY:
Responsible for promoting and selling lighting products while building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide lighting product recommendations and guidance
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Follow up on quotes, orders, and project opportunities
  • Resolve customer questions and issues professionally
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge
  • Participate in trainings and vendor events
  • Track and report sales activity

SUMMARY:
Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, preparing, and distributing inventory accurately and efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive and stock incoming inventory
  • Pull and prepare customer orders
  • Load and unload delivery trucks
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Assist with inventory accuracy and cycle counts
  • Support overall branch operations as needed
