This program typically runs 12–18 months and offers a clear path for ambitious professionals who are ready to build a long-term career and grow into leadership roles.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years in electrical or wholesale distribution
- 2+ years in leadership or supervisory roles
- Experience in sales, operations, or warehouse management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Completion of the program does not guarantee placement but prepares individuals for future leadership opportunities.
SUMMARY:
To serve as a face-to-face contact and liaison for customers. Handles all sales functions while providing quick, accurate, and courteous service to customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers
- Help develop new business opportunities
- Recommend alternative or additional items
- Maintain shelves and stock
- Handle daily cash reconciliation
- Assist with order processing
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain product knowledge
- Follow up on orders and bids
